A realtor you can trust. I had the pleasure to have Ann Walker as my real estate agent. Ann is extremely knowledgeable and knows how the entire buying and selling process works. She was there for me every step of the way in the process. This included seeing houses, meetings with the builder, helping me with the selections of options, asking all the relevant questions to the various parties involved in the house building process, attending the pre closing meeting and finally joining me for the closing meeting. Ann was always there to answer all of my questions and would be available via text or phone. As part of this process I almost felt like I formed a "family like" bond with Ann. After my house closing, Ann even helped me with setting by allowing me to borrow a few hoses and sprinklers and then setting up those sprinklers on the newly laid sod on my new home. Ann is a seasoned agent and I would strongly recommend her for your real estate needs.
