I received both my BA and JD in the State of Iowa. I have a license to practice law in the State of Missouri, which I received in 1991. I received my Real Estate License in 1997.

Former Member and Chairperson of the St Louis County Contracts and Forms Committee. This committee drafts the contracts and documents used by Realtors and Attorneys in several Missouri counties.
I have lived in St. Louis County for approximately 10 years and in St. Charles County for approximately 15 years, usually with a dog in tow. I have been an Election Judge in both counties. I financially support my church, PBS, and NPR. I enjoy whitewater rafting, water skiing, kayaking, boating, swimming, hiking, and biking. I completed the RAGBRI XXX bicycle ride across Iowa. I have rafted the Gauley River in West Virginia. Recently I have taken up pickleball and treated myself to a new “Specialized” bike. I enjoy documentaries.

Pledge to Buyers: I will carefully observe and take written notes of property conditions and will create photos or video reports upon request. I attend private building inspections unless there is an unresolvable conflict.
